Company picnics aren’t much fun when you work alone, but that is how it is when I am the only one working for Kitchens by Rannes.

Please read this carefully if you have purchased cabinet parts from a non-Ikea supplier of doors, drawer fronts, panels, and other kitchen-related items.

Despite my great attention to detail and a strong desire to do it right, minor mistakes happen sometimes. It could be a hole for a handle drilled in the wrong position or a panel cut too short.

If this happens when installing Ikea parts, I will rectify the mistake by getting a replacement part from Ikea at no cost to you naturally.

However, if you have purchased your parts from companies as Swedish Door or Kitch, to mention a few, I will not replace the damaged part, but I will give you a refund but ONLY of the cost for a similar item from Ikea.

This means, if I by mistake, damage a part that needs replacement, you are only entitled to receive compensation for the amount a similar part will cost at Ikea.

If you cannot agree to this, please reach out as soon as possible for me to clarify.
