Your Information, Kept Simple

What I collect and why

• When you ask for an estimate or contact me: your name, email, phone number, message and any details or photos you send, so I can reply and prepare your estimate.
• When you fill out the in-home planning form: your contact details, address and the choices you make for your kitchen, so I can prepare for our meeting and keep a record of your choices.
• When you book an installation date: your name, email and booking details, so I can confirm and plan your installation.
• When you hire me: your name, address and invoice details, which I keep for my business and tax records.

Services I use

To run the site, some of your information is processed by these services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Setmore: the booking calendar for installation dates
• Google Analytics: counts visits and shows which pages are used, without identifying you personally
• Google reCAPTCHA and Akismet: spam protection on forms
• YouTube: embedded videos, which may set YouTube cookies when you play them
• Google Maps and Google reviews: links to my business listing and reviews

Cookies

The site uses a few cookies so it works properly, plus cookies from Google Analytics, spam protection and embedded YouTube videos. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How long I keep it

Invoice and job records are kept as long as required for tax purposes. Other information is kept only as long as needed, or until you ask me to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Just email me, and I’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, the updated version will always be on this page.
